The Phil Vassar/Kellie Pickler concert on September 25th happened as scheduled. Because of the weather, The State Fair recognizes that concert tickets holders may not have had the opportunity to enjoy the Fair before or after the concert.

The Fair asks that those patrons who purchased Phil Vassar/Kellie Pickler concert tickets come back to the Fair with their concert ticket, stubbed or unstubbed. The Fair will exchange the Phil Vassar/Kellie Pickler concert ticket for a Walk Arround ticket at any ticket window for Walk Arround Admission to the Fair any one day through October 5.
